Positive: - Amazing location, right in the middle of Koramangala - Away from the main road - Clean rooms and linen - Helpful and friendly staff

Negative: - We booked a 2bhk after double checking that we have the living room for ourselves. In reality, the staff were using the fridge in our kitchen for keeping their stuff. Which meant, quite a lot of someone coming in and leaving during meal times. Even after 11pm. - The kitchen was right behind the room, so it would be very loud when there was cooking happening. - The shower didn't work properly, and the wash basin was leaking water onto the floor.

Negative: they mixed my booking with another customer and I was made to change the rooms twice which was annoying after a long haul flight
