Positive: We stayed at Luho White House with our family, and our experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The facilities were well maintained, clean, and comfortable, which made our visit very enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service provided by the team. Thank you for making our family stay a pleasant and memorable experience.
Negative: As a suggestion for further improvement, additional parking space would be beneficial for guests, and some pest control treatment around the building may help enhance the overall environment. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service.

Negative: Timings at night could have been more relaxed. I went out and came back by 10.45 and the door was already locked. I had to call the staff to be let in. If the staff had not responded to the call I would have been stuck
Summary: Very comfortable and clean

Positive: The room had good lighting and we were provided with toiletries and accessories like the clothes iron. The staff was friendly.
Negative: The room was not cleaned, there was no changing of sheets or towels, the bathroom was the dirtiest as there was some kind of a fungus growing beside the sink. We felt like we were being misled by the photos. The kitchen and fridge is only used by the staff. The ventilation in the ground floor room was not good as the kitchen food fumes were entering the room.

Positive: I spent a week at Luho White House and had a pleasant stay. It is a property that truly stands out for its warm service. The breakfast is outstanding, easily the best part of the stay and prepared with great quality. The rooms are very large, bright, and offer plenty of storage space. The staff are warm and responsive, handling cleaning and meal service so you can fully relax. Constructive Suggestions: In-Room Furniture: Given how spacious the rooms are, adding a small dedicated mini-fridge in each room and an additional table near the TV for daily items would elevate guest comfort even further. Laundry Upgrade: Adding a dryer alongside the washing machine would be a great addition to ensure quicker laundry turnaround for guests.
