Negative: In the room we had, the window was stopping the sunlight, so there's no time during the day we get sunlight in the room. The AC was just blowing air, so the room never gets cold.

Positive: Ello is at a great location - happening but not noisy. The entire property including the rooms are super clean. The rooms are spacious. The towels and bed linen are pristine. The staff are polite and warm. I've stayed here twice now and will choose this hotel over the others I've tried in Koramangala.
Negative: The breakfast has improved since my first stay. It still doesn't match up to what some of the other hotels in the same range offer. At the same time, I appreciate that Ello actioned the feedback shared.
Summary: Excellent stay - will continue to book this hotel for future stays

Positive: The cleanliness, spacious room, staff at the reception and the security staff who help with the luggage
Negative: The breakfast is meagre, not a big deterrent but it's an extremely limited fare, takes a long time for eggs and coffee to be ready, and the omelette was salty.
