Positive: When I booked this I half expected it to be a scam but it isn't. It's well out of the way but the grounds are nice. The apartment is lovely but not quite finished. The host was lovely and as a wet solo biker I was well happy having the place to myself. Couldn't get the burner to work so only one radiator downstairs. Stairwell is maybe not suitable for the very old and young.

Negative: Very far from anything. Need to bring your own food. Pool is not part of the deal.
