Summary: Room presentation was extremely spacious and very clean. Bed was pretty comfortable as well. Food options were minimal in hotel itself with small cafe offering basic options.

Summary: I love the casino the food was great the bed for us was not so comfy. It was really soft and couldn't sleep. We got up at 2 am and left for home since neither of us could fall asleep

Summary: Had a great stay at the Lucky Eagle. The gentleman that checked me in was friendly and accommodating. I wish I could remember his name and give him a special shout out. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Summary: Loved the location and the hotel in general. But the broken elevator on the skywalk didn't work for my husband who uses a cane. That was frustrating. I had a meeting in the morning and tried to find the business center. There were signs everywhere for a business center, but when I asked at the front desk, I was told they didn't have one. And the biggest issue was noise. Someone's car alarm started going off at about 10 pm and continued intermittenly until almost 1 am. It was loud, just awful. A big bummer for us as we were there to get a night of rest before heading home to our special needs children. Instead we left more exhausted than when we arrived.
