Positive: We stayed at Lucio & Pina House for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the lake. The room, kitchen were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Parking was easy, and although we never met the host in person, communication via WhatsApp was smooth and helpful.

Negative: -Water drainage system for bath (should put a covered bath to control water spreading all over the toilet) -spider webs on the ceiling -limited equipment -suitable for car users

Positive: Stefano was an excellent and very prompt communicator when we had queries. The apartment is right on the road and there was road noise, but the views from the expansive windows in the sitting room made up for road noise. There are 2 flights of stairs to the apartment and they are wide width and well lit. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking and dining, and there was bottled water and tea chilled in the fridge on our arrival. USB plugs on the bedside lights were a plus, and the bed was very comfy. The weather was cool mornings and nights, and the radiators kept us at prime temperature. Openng the sitting room doors of an evening, watching the sun set on the lake and slowly disappearing behind the snow-capped mountains was the perfect end to our day. Thank you Stefano and say hi to "Franco".

Summary: I somehow expected to have straight acces to the lake.. it has only the lowest flat.. you have to walk about 300 meters

Positive: This place is amazing, the views are sensational and the local town, a few mins by car is equipped with delicious options

Negative: There are a lot of photos, one would think access was available to all areas but it is not. We were confused with the areas that were accessible and private.
