Summary: The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is elegant and spacious; however, there were few residents which gave it an isolated feel. Quiet and peaceful. There was no refrigerator in my room.

Summary: With a group, making check-in and check-out a very slow process. Grounds are beautiful, even in the Peruvian winter. Breakfast (included) was better than expected with good choices. Would have appreciated an elevator. Concerned that my roll bag was so loud it might wake neighbors as the hard floors echoed the noise made as we rolled along.
