Positive: A lovely warm reception not long after we arrived to check that we were in ok and that everything was to our liking. This really is a a beautiful little cottage in a lovely peaceful location. I adored every minute. It had great broadband as well which I really hadn't expected. Beds were super comfy and the view was amazing :-)

Negative: Nothing really. My teenage son would have liked a slightly bigger TV with a few more channels but for me it was absolutely fine and in fact encouraged me to listen to the radio and sit at the kitchen table a bit more doing a crossword or some colouring :-)

Summary: Totally amazing - so peaceful and quaint. The perfect spot to unwind!

Positive: Everything and every inch of the cottage was amazing. It's an old building and holds a lot of history and stories to tell.

Negative: Everything was perfect including the hostess and the cleaning crew.

Positive: Location is stunning. Very peaceful and beautiful.Fabulous views. Very characterful cottage with a great atmosphere. Good kitchen equipment.. Very pretty garden. We loved our stay. Great walking.

Negative: It was disappointing that the open fire smoked. The logs may have been too damp or the chimney blocked? We could not get the TV to work. The cottage was clean but we felt the furniture covers, curtains, carpets etc could be given a good steam clean or wash to freshen things up.
