Positive: A great, peaceful location, providing easy access to the east or west Highlands. The host was very helpful, kind and provided is with some extra chocolate bonus!

Negative: The single track roads are not easy to drive but it’s worth it.

Positive: The house was spacious, light, and comfortable. Everything necessary was provided, and the host, Mr Macleod, was charming. The area was magical and teeming with wildlife, the high spot being the barn owl that visited the garden and surrounding area every evening. We were able to explore the far north, western, and eastern coasts. There were also incredible walks in the forest close by.

Negative: The shower ran a bit hot for my liking, but there was plenty of water for a bath instead.

Positive: Fantastic location, very welcoming and friendly host. The cottage had everything we needed. The interior is not modern, but comfortable and peaceful - we found it great.

Negative: We're glad we had brought our own garden chairs as there is only one small garden chair on site.
