Positive: Location was great - within view of Coniston Water and an easy 15 min walk into town. Property was very well equipped, with dishwasher, washer dryer, oven and microwave, all in good working order. Soap, washing liquid tea towels, etc all provided.

Negative: Can't think of anything.

Summary: Excellent, would book again.

Positive: Fantastic quiet, peaceful location. Ideal for relaxing or walking the nearby fells. Lots of walking options from the door. Short walk into Coniston along the old railway track. Pubs nearby. Amazing facilities, very clean, perfect getaway for 1 or 2 people.

Negative: Being able to hear the guest staying in the property above. Could hear every footstep. Some noise is fine, but being able to hear the TV and the person coughing is a bit too much for me.

Summary: Ideal lakes getaway apartment/ location. Beware of an upstairs tenant in the apartment above!
