Much loved by Northern State Visitors and Canadians, this gated community home also attracts many Europeans wishing to sample a true American Lifestyle. Situated away from the noisy and impersonal hotels of the tourist areas, yet central to everything and with good communication roads to East and West Coasts and of course Orlando including all it’s attractions, and no less than 5 Golf Courses are only minutes away. Lego-land is now open at the former Cypress Gardens site in Winter Haven.
This 2 bedroom en suite home situated in a lovely community provides rest and recreation with access to the busy clubhouse newly refurbished, along with fitness gym and heated outdoor pool, Tiki bar and Jacuzzi which are all very well kept. There are also shuffleboard courts for your recreation.
Beautifully furnished and well equipped, this home is in a friendly neighborhood, and available at affordable rates leaving you with more dollars to enjoy your vacation in the sun. Restaurants are many and various supermarkets and stores abound, all within easy driving distance. The house has been recently updated with a 50 inch TV screen.
All you need to do is book, and pack your toothbrush and clothes as all bed linen, towels and white goods etc. are provided. Sorry but no, smokers or pets can be accommodated.
Auburndale City Center has also been extensively renovated and is a beautiful park city center. Access roads have all now been upgraded to assist your travel throughout the area.

Summary: Stayed for one month while working in the area. Couldnt ask for a nicer place, had everything we needed! Clean and charming property, owner was absolutely the best!

Summary: From the moment we walked into this property we knew we had made a great choice! It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and felt welcoming from the first moment. While we had come to Florida in search of property to buy, if I could continue to rent this property each winter I would stop looking. Beyond the superb condition of the unit itself, the park is excellent with a beautiful pool and hot tub as well as many friendly owners who went out of their way to make us feel at home. Finally, the lady responsible for preparing the unit was immensely friendly and helpful to us throughout the stay. We couldn't recommend this place any higher.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at your home. Very quiet and clean. Pleasant community with friendly residents. Very nice pool and spa area. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom was way too soft for my husband and I. Thank you for your hospitality Brian and Jacky!
