Summary: Had an amazing stay. The rooms are very clean and you get all the basic necessities. The customer service and property owner Diana was happy to help with any inquiries. The outside pool area was fantastic and the Flipper’s restaurant must be tried. There are also washers/driers by the front desk.

Summary: I emailed Expedia and VTrips/Distnctive vacations and never had a response. I will be emailing everyone with pictures of dirty blood stained towels and sheets in our room that we noticed the day or second day we arrived. No rep ever stopped by to see us and there office was not on site or near Lovers Key in Fort Myers??

Summary: This location was peaceful, restful and rejuvenating. The only negative that I would have to mention is the living room furniture. The sofa and recliner appeared dirty and dingy. We had to cover them with sheets before using them. If the furniture is replaced with a more durable type, appropriate for regular use, this place would give heaven a run for the money. We will definitely return to unit 404, hopefully the owners will address this major concern and our next stay would be perfect. Blessings to you, Distinctive Beach Rentals
