Summary: It was a great experience. The property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and specious. Great location. We were lucky that the neighbors made fireworks to welcome 2025, a spectacle nothing to send to many. Excellent and fast communication with the owner/host to all our needs. I recommend it 100%.

Summary: Best location we've had of all the places we've stayed in the Provo area. The owner was very responsive (text message responses within minutes)to a few questions I had and was very welcoming of feedback after I left. The layout was perfect for our needs. We filled up the house with extended family in town for a wedding. Linens are all very nice. Well stocked kitchen supplies, large pantry, nice 3-zone furnace and large water heater. Highly recommended, especially great for larger families or groups with it's ability to sleep 12 comfortably.
