Summary: The owner of the property is very welcoming and responsive, excellent communication before and during our stay. The property itself is so sweet, the photos do not do it justice. Perfect for a couple, and well equipped. Great BBQ outside which we utilised a couple of times. The pool was a lovely size and looks beautiful at night, and the exterior is well lit. Located half way between Pollensa and Alcudia so access to either is easy, the ports were perfect for relaxing lunches and a bit of shopping. We had a car so was straightforward, cannot comment on local transport. The villa was also easy to find by sat navs and it took around 45 mins from the airport. We had a completely relaxed time in this little picturesque house for 6 days, would 100% recommend to any couples in need of a similar break - thanks Pablo!!!!x

Summary: A wonderful little villa set in the countryside between Alcudia, Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca. Well equipped with a good size pool and barbecue with fig, olive trees and many other ornamental shrubs in the garden. We loved it.

Summary: We have just returned from a 7 day stay in this gorgeous little place. To arrive to the total privacy after a few days in the Port of Alcudia was heaven. The private pool is wonderful and all the things you need for 2 people are provided. It is a short drive (10 mins) from Port de Pollenca and about 20 minutes from the other beaches in the north of Mallorca. Pablo was a great host and was always there to answer any questions. The aircon works well at night when it's hot and we sat outside and ate when we didn't venture out. A must have is lots of mosquito spray, though I know this is common for this time of year in Spain. It was the perfect place for our holiday as we wanted to be away from the crowds and we enjoyed Katalina's greek basil plants. It was a little home from home. Thank you and I am sure whoever books will have a wonderful time as well. Nicky & Pete

Summary: The villa is lovely, only surpassed by the kindness and hospitality of Pablo and Catalina. It’s got all the basics and became our dream holiday home for the week. My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Though the property would equally suit any sort of couple, of any age range... The location is about a kilometre away from the main Porta Pollença to Alcúdia road making access to the Waterpark and beaches just a very short drive. Our beach recommendation is Cala De Sant Vicenç, but remember to take the beach umbrella provided at the Villa... That said, the location is rural, so apart from the distance shrills of other families enjoying their holidays it’s peacefully quite. And at night with windows and shutters closed, the only noise was the relaxing hum of the cooling air conditioning unit. The property is also well placed for a range of food stores, again just a brief drive away. For others with a child there are also lots of play areas making an evening trip to Porta Pollença or Pollença a fun trip for everyone. Book in confidence and enjoy.

Summary: Arrived from Bournemouth to palma, quick transfere to car hire, (Centuro), about 40 mins later we have arrived at the property and are completely blown away by its charm. lovely surroundings, set in a rural position, but only a few minutes by foot to the local windsurf/kite surf hotspot, smack bang between Port Polensa and Alcudia, just a 5 min drive from both. Fantastic property owned by Pablo and his mother, Catalina, with gardens well tended, and everything we needed for an amazing holiday. We were greeted by Pablo by text, making sure we arrived safely and in contact if we needed anything.. The property was very clean, the pool was beautiful and after a hot day on the beach or sightseeing was a welcome chance to jump in and cool down. Great position too to watch the sun rise in the morning. Close to Polensa old town for the market on Sunday, a must do if you love fresh fruit and all sorts of crafty stuff, and superb for just people watching. Alcudia old town has the best restaurants for evenings, and port Polensa has great beaches. Its a perfect place for a quiet secluded holiday, without being cut off from the action. You do need a car, but bikes hired from the many bike shops would suffice if you are able, and the roads all have bike lanes and cycling is massive on the island. Air conditioning is free and the property comes with everything you need to be self sufficient. Outdoor chairs provided with tables for alfresco dinning and the evenings are set off with pool lighting, looks amazing! We didn't want to leave, and my only regret was we didn't have 2 weeks, as Pablo offered to meet up for a drink, which regrettably he couldn't do because of work, maybe next time. We still wish we had done the Dolphin watch boat trip, but just let time slip away, easy to do when you're in such a relaxing place. Thanks to Catalina and Pablo for such an amazing holiday.
