Positive: Very nice, clean, organized. Easy check in, host was nice enough to let us check in early due to our flight landing early.

Negative: The bed was super hard, not as comfortable as I thought it would be, as well as the couch.

Positive: Clean, plenty of sitting options, quiet neighborhood, easy to find, prompt response from host.

Negative: Two negatives- water pressure was poor, especially noticeable in shower; deadbolt on front door didn’t lock. Had lock on handle and neighborhood felt safe but always prefer a deadbolt.

Summary: This is a very nice rental that we can definitely recommend.

Positive: Well appointed with all necessities. Bathroom Nice. The place was very clean. Excellent response time for questions etc. they have a laundry room with a complementary washer and dryer. Parking was convenient and neighborhood was safe welcoming. The umbrella in back yard was nice for fresh air/outside option. A/C units and ceiling fans work wonderful.

Negative: Maybe a dishwasher?! That’s a big ask. But it was really nice and equipped!

Positive: I had surgery and the place was close to the facility, the place was very nice, comfortable, and clean and the host was effortless to reach and he answered right away.

Negative: The day I arrived there was no internet because there was a storm, but he tried to take care quickly and he did. Very grateful for that.
