A corner of paradise in the green of the magnificent Tuscan countryside.
A lovely apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large veranda, free WI FI.
Relax and nature just 10 minutes from the historic center of Siena.
The apartment, entirely on the ground floor, is located in a wonderful typical Tuscan farmhouse from the early 1900s, completely renovated, surrounded by green countryside, and is located in the Costafabbri area.
The historic center of Siena can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Given the location of the apartment, we prefer to accept guests with cars, motorbikes or bicycles. Public transportation is not available (bus, tram, metro, etc.).
Two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a large veranda are available to guests. The external veranda overlooks the delightful and large garden, lovingly cared for by the owners.
The owners will be present for check-in and check-out and will always be available to guests for any needs and to provide suggestions and useful information to make your stay in Siena special.
Maximum respect for the apartment is required.
Smoking is not allowed in the house but only outside (an ashtray will be available on the veranda).
Pets are not allowed.
The price includes sheets, towels and final cleaning.
It is forbidden to use the fireplace inside the apartment.

Summary: Property is perfectly located. We wanted to have a good overview of Tuscany..... and we got it...We spent the first day in Siena and then we visited : Volterra , Montepulciano, Montalcino and the same day we had wine tasting at Castiglion del Bosco winery, then Cortona, Monteregionni, San Ginignano and we spent the last day in PienzaNothing wrong about the house. We loved everything about Tuscany........and mostly the winethe house is cozy, clean and in a very quiet environment !

Summary: My wife and I stayed at the Lovely Tuscan Country Home from Oct.18-25,2024. It is well situated just a few minutes drive from Siena. The property is very comfortable and quiet. It was a perfect base for exploring Siena and the surrounding countryside. Sara was an excellent host, responsive to our needs, happy to answer our questions about the area and provided us some nearby dining suggestions. Our activities included the main attractions in Siena, the Podere Il Casale organic cheese farm tour near Pienza, some golf at nearby Royal Golf La Bagnaia, a couple hours at the Thermal pools at Terme Antica Querciolaia, a 3 hour countryside hike near San Gimignano and exploring some other towns like Montepulchiano. We dined in Siena several nights. Excellent restaurants are plentiful. We also made our own dinner in the house some nights too. This is a great place to stay when in Siena.

Summary: Our stay here could not have been more enjoyable. Our host Sara was great- she helped us with restaurant recommendations and getting a taxi. The villa is out in the country, but only a 10 minute drive from historical Siena, and less than an hour from other must-see Tuscan towns. A great base for exploring.

Summary: This home was perfect for what we were looking for for our time in Siena. It was the perfect combination of beautiful countryside with proximity to the wonderful towns/villages nearby (Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra). We also rented bikes and rode through the countryside and to an amazing town called Casole d'Elsa. It was an amazing day! Sarah, our host, was so helpful! I cannot say enough good things about her place and our time in Siena!

Summary: This VRBO is lovely. Sara met us to give us the keys and a quick tour. It has everything you need to be self sufficient. 10 minute drive to Santa Catarina parking lot in Siena. From there, couple minutes walk to the escalators that take you up into the city.2 very good restaurants within 2 minutes by car. We will definitely stay again if in the area.
