Positive: A nice and silent appartement for a tourists. It has a large kitchen/living room and a large balcony. The bed is good for two. It has all amenities you need for a trip or vacation near to Thessaloniki. Perea beach is nice and has a lot to offer. Perfect also for trips to Chalkidiki. A parking lot below the building is included. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Negative: The shower-tub is a bit small.

Positive: Location is perfect, less than a minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Apartment is specious with all necessary equipment for short or longer stay. The bighest plus is a huge balcony with coffee machine. Communication with the owner was fast and easy.
