Positive: The apartment is comfortable, clean, cozy, bright, warm, spacious, well-equipped, well-decorated and with all the necessities you could possibly need. It has two terraces it is very close to the sea and the pedestrian zone. The hosts were very hospitable, welcomed us warmly with 'Vasilopita' and refreshment and were available during our entire stay.

Negative: We liked everything.

Summary: New-year holidays in a warm, quiet, homely flat with lots of seaside walks.

Positive: A real gem in a quiet neighbourhood of Perea. 15 drive from the airport. 30 meters from the sea, close enough to restaurants but far enough from their noise. A convenience store and bakery were one block away. The apartment is not that big, but is well planned and has nice design, extremely comfy for two people or a family with a small kid. It has a fully equipped kitchen, except for dish washing machine, with all the utensils you can possibly think of. Something I have not seen a lot in that area was that the living room was separate from the kitchen/dining room, so effectively you get 3 rooms. There is nice small terrace and an extra balcony. Great Wi-Fi for remote working - 200mbps down, 20mpbs up (I think they have asynchronous fiber). Not to forget the themselves who were always available when we had questions and greeted us with some snacks/fruits on arrival.
