Summary: What a lovely weekend. Jules is an outstanding property manager, very attentive and friendly. The unit was as charming as pictured, very clean, and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. Having grown up in New Smyrna Beach, this little 2nd floor "cottage" style unit is the purest taste of beach life you can get in a vacation rental. It really embodies what NSB is. Sunrise walks on the beach, coffee on the front deck, listening to the waves, the serenity is just unbeatable. My family will be back!

Summary: Perfect location! Just steps away from the beach and the view from the deck is great. The house has a nice beach cottage feel. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We would rent again!

Summary: We enjoyed a splendid week at this beachside apartment. The location is brilliant. My kids stepped off the porch and were surfing within two minutes. A short walk, one finds all the shops and pubs on Flagler Street. The apartment is furnished with style and quality befitting a beachside setting. The property manager, Jules, is a treasure, readily available to assist and a wealth of information about the area. Simply said, yeah I would return.

Summary: My daughter and I wanted to pamper my mother-in-law, her grandmother, for a relaxing beach vacation. This lovely property was perfect. We were steps from the beach with a lovely view. The property was clean and cozy. The beds were really comfortable! The property manager was friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely. stay here again.

Summary: The property is so cute and right next to the beach. We had two designated parking spots which is awesome when traveling with friends. The private balcony outside was perfect for drinking coffee in the mornings and watching the sunrise! And the inside is gorgeous, spacious, and super comfy. There were 5 of us girls and having one bathroom wasn't a problem at all. There are plenty of mirrors around the house for getting ready for the night we went out to dinner. And it's walking distance to Flagler Avenue! It could not have been a more perfect stay. Thank you!!

Summary: The 2 bedroom second floor apartment is nicely appointed with well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Great deck for sunbathing, reading and entertaining. Steps from the ocean. Walking distance to Flagler Avenue with lots of shopping and restaurants. Short Drive to Canal Street Historic District and arts area. Enjoyed walking daily at New Smyrna Dunes Park just a short drive away. Spent time at Canaveral National Seashore where we caught some fish (cooked pompano for dinner one evening- delicious). Jules from Evolve Realty was wonderful. She met us and showed us around our rental and kept in contact by text to highlight some of the activities going on in the area and giving suggestions for restaurants. She was immediately accessible and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you, Jules.
