This modern spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is located only one block away from the famous Sagrada Familia.
Located in one of the most popular areas of Barcelona, the Sagrada Familia district is a clean, safe, and friendly neighbourhood that offers visitors authentic Barcelona city life.
The apartment measures 85m2 (914 ft2) and was completely refurbished in 2014.
The flat now consists of a living/dining room with an open plan kitchen which provides everything you need; oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, coffee machine plus a variety of pots & pans, plates, and cutlery.
The apartment has both central heating AND air conditioning throughout ALL the rooms.
There is fast WiFi (250 Mbps) for free and both the living room and the en-suite bedroom has a TV with a Chromecast which allows you to stream your favorite shows from your phone.
Down the hall, you will find the first bathroom, which has a bathtub, a shower, heated towel racks, a toilet, and a sink.
The first bedroom at the end of the hall is very spacious. It has a king-sized bed, two bedside tables with individual lights, a sofa couch and a large cupboard to store all your clothes and suitcases. The bedroom is equipped with automatic blinds which ensure total darkness and a good night's rest.
In this bedroom, you will also find a hairdryer, iron, ironing board a clothes horse, and all the fresh clean towels and bed linen.
The second bedroom is the en-suite. The bedroom is bright and spacious with large bay windows overlooking the Sagrada Familia. A king-sized bed, two bedside tables with individual night lights, a wardrobe, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, and access to the office space which consists of an office chair, a desk, and a monitor to let you work.
The en-suite bathroom has a mixer shower, heated towel racks, a toilet, and a sink. This bedroom also has automatic blinds to block out the light and overlooks a playground which is shut off to the public at night.
This apartment was previously rented out as a short-term let and is always in very high demand because of the location and the quality of the flat itself.

Summary: wonderful !! Marcel was so kind & was very quick to answer any questions we had. His place was quiet even tho the street was busy. Being so close to a super mercado was also a huge bonus as were the views of La Sagrada Familia. He really helped my comfort level re accessing gluten free food, assuring me there would be no problem finding items to buy and he was so right! The apartment had everything we needed. Have already recommended Marcels place to a few friends. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was my wife’s and my first time visiting Spain, so we weren’t entirely sure where the best place to stay in Barcelona would be. After staying here in May, I can confidently say this was the perfect location. It’s close to everything — shops, restaurants, and major attractions.Marcel was an incredible host. He greeted us upon arrival, gave us the keys, walked us through the property, and even shared great restaurant recommendations and local tips.I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Perfect location. Convenient to metro and transit. Less than one city block from the grocery. Tapas and cafes on every block. Our host was extremely courteous and welcomed us so graciously that we felt as though we were new residents to the neighborhood. Situated close enough to the sagrada familia for access but distant enough to be spared the constant grind of flocks of tourists. We give our experience a ten plus!

Summary: The apartment is very extremely comfortable and well equipped. The beds and bedding were excellent. Kitchen is well stocked. Marcel met us and explained the access, apartment features and provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants. There is an elevator, A/C and although the two bedrooms overlook a playground, it's closed at night so it's very quite (although you can hear some music from the very nearby Sagrada Familia. The location can feel touristy especially around the corner near the Sagrada, but it is well located near several metro stops and other sights are easy to access and certainly not as crowded as being in the Latin Quarter or near Gracia. Highly recommend!
