Summary: Large and spacious home perfect for a family stay.Clean and well looked after, with lots of utensils and items in the kitchen, and board games in the living room, which is always the benefit of being in a house that someone normally lives in. The takeaways and CoOp are really handy too.Would be very happy to come back another time

Summary: When you drive up you’re not quite sure what to expect but as soon as you walk in it is lovely. It has everything you need and lots of lovely touches. Everyone found the beds comfortable. We used it as a base to go and see the Blackpool illuminations and it was perfect for that and you could go a couple of minutes the other side into Lytham.

Summary: We had a super stay at this property. Apartment exactly as advertised, very clean, well equipped and in a great location. We especially loved the rooftop garden, a perfect place to relax after busy days enjoying all the local attractions. Would recommend to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Summary: This was everything that we needed. So clean and comfortable, absolutely great. No problem with parking, close to the shops, 5 mins drive to beach, 20 mins to Blackpool zoo etc. Garden terrace was a lovely space and kitchen very well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The flat was immaculate, comfy beds, plenty of parking and absolutely everything you might need- wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend ☺️ Downstairs there is a co op, very good chip shop and a Chinese takeaway, there's a chemist just over the road and a bus stop outside - bus takes about half an hour to get into Blackpool. Nice high street, restaurants and a Booths supermarket all nearby as well.

Summary: The property is all you need. Great location. All amenities nice and local , chippy , Chinese , coop , chemist. Lovely local beach or Blackpool only a 10 min drive. Would definitely come again 🙂

Summary: Fabulous maisonette, such a comfortable stay. Very clean and a great location. Only a stone throw away from Blackpool promenade. Great restaurants in Lytham St. Anne’s too. Phil was a perfect host. I would recommend this apartment to anyone whom like their comfort. Thank you so much ❤️
