Summary: One of best vacations ever. Property was outstanding along with a great location. Concerns. Griller needs propane refill. One upstairs door is difficult to lock. But overall everything was excellent and we look forward to our next visit. Additionally the TV operation could be a little clearer.

Summary: This house was a great fit for our families. Access to beach is a plus. Some of the carpets could use a good cleaning. Also, the landscaping needs to be trimmed back. Decks were full of pine straw when we arrived, storage areas outside were not straight. Steps to beach path need to be replaced.
