Located on the first floor of the exquisite Beachside Tennis complex, this beach style villa packs architectural interest and luxury around every corner, from the rich granite of its spacious kitchen to the elegant crown molding that runs throughout. But where it really shines is its wide open spaces. The kitchen boasts wraparound granite that runs from wide bar seating for four down to a massive kitchen with tasteful red brick back splash and ample room for prep and entertaining. The party always winds up in the kitchen, so an additional center island with further bar seating for three assures everyone has room. Make a pot of coffee or a single in our Keurig style coffee maker using K-Cups. (coffee not included)
The roomy elegance gives way to a festive tropical theme in the dining room, where a glass topped table in bamboo-inspired woodwork with seating for six exudes island style. Total seating of 13 between kitchen island and dining room table.
