Suburb of Salem-- 6 miles to downtown Salem, 1430 Square Foot home. Once you open the front door, your greeted with an open floor plan. Continue to the heart of the home. Dining room, kitchen, living room, and 1/2 bath, gorgeous crystal chandelier over table, updated bathroom lighting, knobs, and switch plate covers. Kitchen has popular open floor plan layout leading from kitchen to dining room and living room. 1/2 bath downstairs and 1 Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs connecting 2 bedrooms. There is a flight of stairs to the front door, and 3 steps down from main level to living room and another set of stairs to bedrooms. Due to the amount of stairs, this home is not well suited for small children or elderly folks having difficulty maneuvering around.

Summary: We stayed in this condo last year and came back this year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. While it is beautifully decorated, it couldn't be more comfortable. Every convenience is provided to make you feel right at home. The location on the lake is so peaceful, but you can go in any direction to reach shopping and activities. You would not be disappointed staying here.

Summary: Leading up to the stay i sent messages to the owner and she was very prompt in responding and very accommodating. The checkout instructions were very easy and made checkout a breeze! Checkout was set for a specific time but because there were no reservations directly after our stay she allowed us to have a leisurely checkout time. The one thing i was worried about leading up to the stay was the parking situation--but there was PLENTY of parking- even for my 8ft trailer i had to bring!

Summary: Loved the townhouse as it was decorated in such a cute way! So charming, clean and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with my tea while enjoying the view of the lake. Rhonda was a dream to work with too always responding quickly when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it. We didn’t want to leave!

Summary: I walked around the lake every day. The unit is fabulous, they even had a washer and dryer, and coffee for the Keurig. Such a nice place.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home. It was very clean and organized. There wasn't anything we needed in our 3 night stay that they didn't have. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics and nice quality appliances. We especially loved the deck that overlooked the lake. Everything inside and outside was so tastefully done. We were able to get in a couple walks around the lake on the paved trail that surrounds it. I would agree that it is not suitable to small children because of the decor or anyone who cannot handle a lot of stairs. It was perfect for us and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: My family and I love staying at this town house. We just recently rented it for the second time. The location is great. Very safe, quite community. It's very relaxing to take in the views of the lake and there is a paved walk way around the lake to enjoy as well. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Keizer - Salem area.

Summary: My family of 4 had a pleasant 3 day stay. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds and quiet. I loved getting a coffee from the kuerig coffee machine and sitting in bed and looking out through the floor to ceiling windows and sliding door. We will be coming back for sure!

Summary: This was our second time staying at Rhonda's lakeside oasis - the first time was for pleasure, but this time was to visit a family member who was very ill. We flew in last minute, and although she did not have to, Rhonda got the house ready for us in a matter of hours. We didn't know how long we were going to stay due to the circumstances but Rhonda made our stay stress free and treated us with the utmost patience and generosity when we had so much to deal with. It was incredible to be able to stay in a familiar home with our family and know that we had a comfortable space to come back to each evening. We love this house and will continue to come back again and again because of how great the house and its amenities are, but also because of the memories we have made here.
