This amazing home is located on 2 acres of country greatness! This is the perfect location for large family reunions or get togethers of any kind. Just a quick 5 minute drive to the East Canyon Reservoir for lots of family & water activities, including paddle boat rentals, water trampoline rentals, kayaks and more. This home is also a quick drive to Park City and Snowbasin. There is a large family room, two kitchens, 3 King, 3 queens, 4 sets of bunkbeds, and a twin. Downstairs has another family room and play area. This is a great place to host large get togethers indeed!

Summary: This is the second stay we have had here as a family. There was plenty of room for us and the kitchen and living area was more than adequate. The real attraction to the place was the shady backyard with a zip line and trampoline. The children loved that.

Summary: We loved this house! All the adults commented on the great room, which was perfect for our entire family to visit in. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with much more than we needed. The table was huge and perfect for meals and crafts. The kids loved the in ground trampoline and zipline. The owners were very helpful and accomodating in every way.There are only 3 bathrooms, which isn't much for the number we had, but it still worked for us. We were there over the July 4th celebrations, and enjoyed the town parade, fairground food trucks, etc. We also spent one day at the nearby reservoir. It was only about 10 minutes away. Overall, this was a great stay! Highly recommended!

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay!! The house is HUGE which was awesome for our party of 14. Everyone had their own space and it didn’t feel crowded when we were all hanging out in common areas. The kitchen is very well stocked and plenty big. The zip line in back was a huge hit with the kids (aged 2 - 38 lol). Everything was well kept and it was everything we hoped for. Will absolutely stay here again. Communication with the host was fantastic as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Recommend this home 100%!

Summary: The property is just what we expected. It’s being remodeled and the remodel is going to look absolutely beautiful. It did not get in the way of anything. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were well stocked property owner was very kind and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this place for a large group. Total of seven bedrooms, all which were good size along with a great big room that opens up to the kitchen. The yard was well clean and kept. The kids had fun on the zip line and the swing hammock. I would highly recommend this property. Brit

Summary: The place is secluded so you don't have to worry about noise level. Perfect place to stay after a lake day at East Canyon. Lots of space and EASY checkout. Your cleaning fee actually goes towards them cleaning. They only ask that you take your garbage out and they take care of the rest. Would book again.

Summary: The house was still in the midst of remodeling while we were there, but was totally functional (missing baseboards and trim). As part of the renovation they changed the layout/number of beds so they no longer match the listing, which was disappointing. I specifically chose this house because the listing had the exact number of beds that we needed for our large family group. We had to scramble at the last minute and share beds/sleep on couches which was not our plan. But it all worked out okay and we ended up having a great time. The house has a fantastic layout for large groups and the renovation is beautiful!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in beautiful Porterville. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 adults and 8 children. The children loved the zip line in the backyard. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. We would come here again. My only suggestion was for the owner to send out or provide written information to spare both of us the inconvenience of having to message her. I had to contact her to get a code to get in the home, then again to get the wi-go password. There were no instructions for checking out, so we just tried make sure it was reasonably clean before we left. We have used VRBO many times over the years and this was quite unusual. Otherwise, we were very happy with our accommodations.

Summary: Our daughters wedding was at East Canyon Resort. This property was perfect for our extended family of the bride's grand parents several sets of aunts and uncles, family friends and a bevy of cousins. The properry was very nice and enough room for all! Might seembremote, but lots to do in the surrounding area and great hikes.
