Positive: Good gated parking with dedicated parking spot. Big supermarkets and stores nearby, within 2 minutes walking. Beautiful church in front of the building and safe neighbourhood. Good connection to the city center and sights with public transport, 15-30 minutes. New building and apartment, lot of space. It has all amenities in the kitchen and even a waching machine in the bathroom. Big terrace. Suitable for a longer stay. Hosts were kind, informative and responsive. Heating was great.

Negative: The parking does not have a direct connection to the building entrance so you have to drop off/pick up luggage first at the entrance and then go to the parking. Fortunately we managed to park in front for a few minutes to unpack/pack. It is worth it still because free and secure parking in the city is not easy to find.

Positive: The accommodation was as described and we like it very much. It has a parking spot and this was very helpful. The apartment is very clean, cozy and very good equiped.

Negative: I couldn't say what I didn't liked something. Everything was just fine.

Negative: The sheets were not good, i prefer the cotton ones, and the kitchen furniture too tall, you need a chair to use it.

Positive: We have chosen this apartment because it is located just next to our family living in Budapest, but we can recommend it for tourists as well. The quality of the apartment is high: well equipped, clean, enough space, private parking place (what we did not use it, as it was weekend), elevator in the building, balcony. The heating was working well, even with cold temperatures outside. Good but not perfect connection to the city center. There is a grocery store just in the building and there are some restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. The place is good choice with kids as well, as there is a playground in the park on the opposite side of the road. We definitely recommend this apartment, and we booked it for our next 2 visits in Budapest.
