Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in NoDa! The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and the light rail, making it super easy to get around. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. We did run into a small hiccup with check-in due to a VRBO issue, but the owner was incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly. Communication was clear and thorough, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great stay!! Very convenient, very safe area with lots of dining/food options nearby. Perfect for exploring Charlotte! 5 min walk to light rail, and/or the freeways. Studio condo is quiet, very clean and well taken care of- beautiful bathroom. No Oven, but microwave has convection function that worked well, kitchen is stocked okay.

Summary: The condo was absolutely beautiful. We had a terrible time figuring out how to get into the bldg. There were people staying in the bldg. showed us their code. No where did it say that the key to the condo was the key to get into the bldg. My husband who is 75 had to lay on the ground to look at the back of the lock box to see if it was the right one. Other than that, it was a great stay! We will stay there again!

Summary: I stayed here when in town for work. The neighborhood has several dining options within just a few blocks, it is close to the Blue Line to get downtown, and the host is very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Charlotte.
