Positive: The location is fabulous!

Negative: The unit is on the third floor, without a lift. This needs to be considered if you have difficulty with stairs. There is also a large flight of stairs to gain access to the front door. Using the back entrance is a better option as it is on flat ground. Needed to know about the stairs prior to booking.. Supplying Photo ID was a little intrusive.

Positive: The view was absolutely spectacular. Very nice neighbourhood, green and quiet. Superb location and very convenient to get around, 3min walk to Kirribilli wharf for a ferry that goes directly to Circular Quay, and 10min walk to Milsons Point train station. Exceptionally nice!

Negative: The laundry machines were in basement and didn't look very clean. We didn't use the laundry facilities.
