Bellevue apartment is a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. The apartment is located in a peaceful position approximately 100m from the Bellevue cablecar and chairlift which give direct access to the Les Houches ski area. It is possible, snow permitting, to ski back on either blue or black runs to within 50 metres of the apartment (The ski slope ends right outside the Kitsch Inn). Around the Bellevue cable car are ski hire shops and ski school office as well as some excellent restaurants, bars and shops including a boulangerie selling delicious pastries and fresh breakfast croissants. The nearest supermarket is approximately 8-10 minutes' walk.
The ski bus stops at the Bellevue cable car and runs regularly to the Prarion gondola (2mins) or into Chamonix (approx. 20 mins). In summer, the Bellevue and Prarion lifts are the starting points for some beautiful hikes with amazing views of the Mont Blanc mountain range.
The apartment has one double and one twin bedroom, both with comfortable beds and thick, warm duvets. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. In the living/dining area there is a large corner sofa which seats 4 people very comfortably, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, and solid wooden dining furniture with two bucket chairs. There is a bathroom with spacious cabinets, bath and Grohe shower over, and a separate toilet. From the living room, French doors open onto a large, south west facing terrace which is in sunshine all afternoon during the summer. On the terrace there is a comfortable outdoor lounge set and a bistro table with 4 chairs. The apartment has a private ski locker in the entrance to the chalet and a private parking space in the garage beneath the building.

Summary: Great place for winter holidays!

Summary: Fine size for 4 people well equipped. Great location for variety of walking opportunities or local lac de Passy Hot in summer (August) - shutters on windows help but no fan provided which would have been good as tried to get cool air in before shutting patio doors to prevent bugs joining us but slept with both bedroom doors open which wasn’t ideal. Outdoor space is good but also adjoining chalet mean not a private area in terms of being spending time outside in evening. Oven gloves would be handy for taking things out of oven and a baking tray as only one Pyrex as ovenproof. Good bakery 2 minutes walk for croissant and baguette and many other lovely treats. Pizza restaurant also good- book in advance! Easy check in and keys instructions plus lots of info from responsive owner Angela

Summary: We were a family of four staying for a skiing holiday. Angela was amazing with regular messages about everything to do with the apartment and location. Accommodation was extremely comfortable for 3 adults and a 17 year old. Beds made up on arrival & there were plenty of towels for our stay. Never needed to look if the tv was a smart one as the selection of dvd’s were endless. Good selection of books too! Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Thank you Angela

Summary: We stayed here for a skiing trip. The apartment is perfectly located a couple of minutes from the Bellevue Gondala in Les Houches. The apartment was very welcoming , warm , clean and spacious and sleeps 4 comfortably . The owner / host Angela was very informative about checking in , locating the ski locker, key safe and checking out details . All very stress free and I would return and stay here again .
