Summary: This property was very nice and perfect for our group. The bathrooms, kitchen, and other rooms were spacious and clean at first sight. After walking around in the house barefoot all of our feet were black on the bottom telling us it had been a very long time since the floors had been mopped. There was a humongous wasp nest outside the front door that we were leery of and 2 smaller ones that we were able to knock down. Other than that I would totally recommend staying here.

Summary: The plumbing was not done properly so there was a fowl odor, the toilets weren’t flushing properly, the fan blew sparks while we were laying in bed and we lost electricity to the entire apartment. Luckily we were planning on being gone all day while they fixed it but we got off our float trip at 6pm wondering if we had electricity. People were walking the streets yelling at 2 AM. The place is beautifully decorated and accommodating and great for a short stay but has some work that needs to be done.

Summary: The checking in process was so easy and fast! Great floor plan, very open for activities and games! We had a small group float trip and they even left us towels! If you are trying to cook there I would recommend them to get pans for the oven but other than that I will definitely be renting this place again for a float trip or just a small group fun in tahlequah! The owner responded so quickly and made our trip amazing!
