Relax in style in our two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep even on the warmest summer nights. The downstairs is cooled is also cooled by a newly installed AC unit.
For the winter time, our roaring fireplace warms up the entire downstairs and each room has its own separate heating system so everyone in your group can be comfortable. You'll find plush bedding and ample storage for your belongings.
Bathrooms are complete with all the essentials you will need.
Enjoy your downtime with not one but two 55-inch smart TVs, one in the master and one in the living room.
The downstairs area features a gas fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for chilly Colorado evenings. Gather around the fire for a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Summary: The house is simple, but comfortable and kept very well. We lacked a bit of ventilation and cooling downstairs, but it wasn't a major issue and was manageable with a fan and open windows. My husband and I stayed just 2 nights, but everything was as we expected. I wish the management team was a little more flexible with the checkout time, as they were with check-in, but we understood their point. They were helpful and courteous. So, overall, it is a nice place in a quiet location at the beautiful little city in CO. Sincerely, Egle and Stasys.

Summary: Property is accessed via an alley but not to worry. Designated parking spot and easy access to unit. This recently updated two bedroom unit is quiet, clean and comfortable. Immediate response from management on any issues that may arise. Very well inventoried with full modern amenities. Four minute walk to heart of old town Lafayette. Our only reservation may have been the two story floor plan with two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Extremely responsive and pleasant property manager! We would definetly stay here again.

Summary: Very homey, and everything we needed. We slept well, as it was quiet and peaceful with comfortable beds and shades that made the bedrooms nice and dark. Parking spot was not exactly convenient to the entrance and stairs were steep for older folks (both bedrooms up) but, all in all, we loved it and would highly recommend it to others.
