Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from our pier overlooking Sarasota Bay, We are located very close to all the amenities and beaches !!! Play in the morning and lounge by the pool in the afternoon !!! Soaking up the sunshine and enjoying all that the Gulf coast has to offer !!!
Large 2/2 condo that 2 couples can easily enjoy. You will have your pick of beaches - we are 10-15 mins from Siesta Key, Venice, Nokomis beaches. Relax on the lanai and listen to the waterfalls of the island, swim in the newly remodeled pool / hot tub, or walk out on our boardwalk to the Fishing Pier (1/4 mi one way) and watch the sunset without having to battle traffic. Our 2 /2 (2nd bedroom offers ensuite) condo is spacious at over 1400 sqft and includes a den for quiet seclusion. Some of the other amenities include -- 55" OLED TV in the LR, and TVs in both bedrooms, sunken soaking tub in the Master Bath, gated community, single car garage for extra security, breakfast bar and Dining Room for dining and/or munching.
Our Social Committee organizes monthly happy hours and social gatherings for you to meet our friendly neighbors.
Our HOA requires an application once the reservation has been accepted which will need to be filled out and sent to our HOA mgt company.

Summary: My husband and I spent a month at Sue & Bill's condo in a quiet community. It's on the main floor with a screened lanai overlooking the lovely pond, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while watching the birds and turtles. The bed was comfortable as was the living room & lanai furniture. The owners responded quickly to my texts, and Bill was especially patient in helping me to get the remote for the tv working. The kitchen is well stocked with good pots and pans, baking pans, and a variety of dishes and glassware as well as upscale appliances. The nearby pool is well maintained and neighbors are friendly. Would highly recommend renting!

Summary: Apartment was clean, with a kitchen packed with all necessary cooking and baking utensils, pots and pans, and appliances. Beds are comfortable. There is a lovely community center with a gym, pool, and tennis courts. The unit is close to great restaurants and a healthy grocery store is down the street.

Summary: We had a fabulous three months in this lovely condo. The neighborhood of Hidden Bay is a very friendly and socially-active community. The location was perfect for us, sitting between Sarasota and Venice. We were centrally located to enjoy restaurants, shopping and activities in both directions. It is directly across the street from Walmart, and there is a Publix a couple of miles down Tamiami. The condo itself is a gem. Everything was exactly as described, with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. It even had a few items that I wasn’t expecting, like a zester (which was a nice surprise, since I used it often). The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with, keeping us informed of community news and events. This condo met all of our expectations. We will be back!

Summary: We loved everything about our stay. From seamless communication, check-in, and support throughout the stay to the comfort, cleanliness, and coziness of the place. The condo is very spacious, well-furnished, and stocked with all the necessities. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and uncongested. It was nice to be away from development and traffic. There are several stores right at the corner, a few lovely casual restaurants, and the beach is a short drive away. Sue's been a wonderful host: super kind and responsive and made us feel very welcomed and cared for during the entire stay.
