Positive: I had an amazing stay at Maja’s chalet in Zakopane! 🌟 The place was spotless, luxurious, and fully equipped with everything we needed — she even provided fresh coffee beans with a high-quality coffee machine. The chalet was beyond expectations: every room had air conditioning and a Samsung TV (which is rare in Poland, especially in summer when AC is a lifesaver!). Even the washing machine came with detergent capsules ready to use. It has two bathrooms, both equipped with bidet sprays, which is a huge plus. The chalet includes three bedrooms: two spacious ones and a special kids’ room on the third floor, right next to a play area for children — perfect for families. The attention to detail was outstanding — from Rituals shower gel and shampoo to a top-level jacuzzi with towels and robes provided. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with clean, modern dishes, glasses, and all the equipment for cooking. What impressed me the most is that the chalet looks even better in real life than in the photos — it’s truly stunning! This place is great for both families and groups of friends. After 10 PM, the area becomes extremely quiet and peaceful, offering complete privacy and relaxation. Maja lives right next door, so if you ever need anything, she’s always there to help. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable. Honestly, this is one of the most luxurious chalets you can find in Zakopane. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommended

Positive: Everything, starting from the welcoming host to every detail in the hut. I loved the Jacuzzi, the design of the entire hut, colors, and furniture.

Negative: As this villa is rated as 5 stars, I guess it would be reasonable to have a daily cleaning service (housekeeping). On a separate note, it would be nice to install mirrors in the bedrooms and small trash bins.

They have a magical jacuzzi on an imaginary view in the beautiful countryside. We were given a beautiful reception by the owner of the hut, and she takes good care of her guests.

Positive: Beautiful interior and exterior, great design. The villa is really comfortable, perfect for relaxation. Super friendly host. Everything is done with good taste, really nice decorated and brand new. Very, very clean. Jacuzzi on the terrace with beautiful view of the mountains. Peaceful and quiet location. What more could You want? Our stay was excellent.
