Summary: Great location and responsive property manager. Some issues with termites and ants inside the property. Pest control came twice during our stay but the pests came back. Construction of new home going on next door wasn’t mentioned in the listing and woke us bright an early six days per week with equipment noise. Other than that it was as advertised.
