Negative: Hair dryer is not prepped in the room, the shower room’s land is a not flat.

Positive: We stayed at the hotel for just one night during our visit to the historic center of Luxor. The hotel is affordable and is right in the center of Luxor. The rooms are large and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or eat any meals there, so I can’t give feedback on that. I recommend booking your trips with the Lotus agency located inside the hotel. They offer good prices, no scams, and helped us arrange our guided tour of Luxor. We also did the hot air balloon ride, and since we had to leave very early in the morning, the hotel prepared a small breakfast for us to take away.

Negative: Both the hotel and the agency do not accept card payments, and we weren’t able to pay through Booking either. They only accept cash in US dollars or EGP on site. I think this is definitely something that needs improvement, especially because we were able to pay by card almost everywhere else in Egypt. Not related to the hotel itself, but walking along the riverfront is not very comfortable. Every few meters there is someone trying to push you into booking a felucca ride, a taxi, or a horse carriage tour. This really affected our stay in Luxor, as it becomes exhausting to constantly be approached. However, none of this happens inside the hotel premises.

Negative: The maid did good job and created nice animals from towels every day. Made us feel happy every day.

Negative: The drainage of the shower was not working properly when we arrived . They Managed to fixed it but took our time ,the last thing you needed if you arrived @02:30 am. Concierge guy didnt give us the packed breakfast on our way to the airport on our chexk out.

Positive: The room was big, the staff was friendly, it felt like a 5 stars hotel.

Negative: there was only 1 key and we had to bother the staff to open the door every time we wanted to come in.
