Positive: This review could be a bit misleading since we didn't travel on the Regency but Steigenberger transfered us to the Jaz Viceroy and upgraded us to a suite. This made our stay wonderful but we don't know what the Regency would have been like.

Negative: Drinks were quite expensive.

Positive: Great team, really they care about everything, great accommodation.

Negative: There is some intransparency on the sightseeings-tours, especially on times and pricing. The cruise team is very helpful, but the tours itself are organized by partner organization. The schedule is more oriented on the traffic on Nil then on the sightseeing.
