Summary: The room had great views and had wonderful amenities like a bathrobe and water bottle. Beach chairs, towels and bikes were readily available. The location was great, right across from the park and far enough away from the craziness of Waikiki, but close enough to walk there in a flash.

Summary: Broken floor tiles in room, dirty grout, place itself is nice location. View was fabulous. Front desk staff was nice. Elevator went out on last day of stay so had to walk up and down 8 flights but they offered to help with bags. Seems like they are trying with what they have but it was a lot to pay for the level of experience.

Summary: Front desk team are all professional, welcoming and helpful. Nikki and Yoo Bi are the best! Loved the close-up views of Diamond Head and the Pacific. So nice to have an espresso machine in-room. The nearby parks and small beaches are a plus. Will definitely return!
