Summary: Good location. Walking distance to main areas. We had view to Saigon river from high floor, which was nice. Everything works in the room, the staff is friendly and pool area with badminton court and sofa’s is like a little oasis. There are four restaurants inside hotel to select. Buffee dinner is super good and selection of foods is huge. I definitely go back here next time. This has been the best experience in Saigon so far out of nine hotels I have been here.

Summary: 7 years since our last visit here but the Lotte still has a lot to offer. Great location for walking to restaurants and Ben Thanh area … go out of the back entrance and within minutes you have bars and a variety of places to eat at.Stayed in an executive room which was a good size and offered great facilities as well as being well maintained. The Club Lounge offers soft drinks, beers , wines and spirits at various times of the day and the food on offer in the evening was plentiful and tasty. The pool area is like a tropical oasis and was very peaceful when we stayed .. sun beds had comfortable mattresses and towels were provided. Definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again at some point.

Summary: The Hotel had the best view in the city, looking through the sunrise at the river every morning and at night with the bason bridge changing color such a beautiful and relaxing, exactly what I expect for my vacation, i had a peaceful stay, the bed are soft also the pillow, all the staff are super nice, I highly recommend it.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Lotte. It felt like home and was absolutely perfectly positioned within the city. We had a wonderful view and our room was clean and spacious. Staff were incredible and so helpful. We will be back and recommending to everyone staying in HMC.

Summary: We booked the Lotte on a whim without knowing much about the hotel and it was a great choice. If you're looking for a hotel with a great pool this is the one for you. Pool is massive and there is barely anyone ever there. Staff are all very attentive and welcoming, rooms are nice. We were a little disappointed we had a SMART TV but no access to Netflix etc. The location is great, close to the water and walkable to other places in D1 like the market. Overall a great few nights at the Lotte.
