Summary: We were so happy with our time spent here! I came with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot location wise and gigantic! There was no need to Uber anywhere because we were so close to everything and the house was so cute and had everything we needed! Dylan was also so easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions in a super timely matter. I would recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere that holds a group of people. 10/10!

Summary: I have nothing but rave reviews for our stay in Ellicottville. Dylan was extremely hospitable and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The back room was an amazing spot for a large group of women to hang out comfortably, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Everyone in the group was already talking about when we will be back!

Summary: Dylan was wonderful! He was very responsive in getting back to me about questions! The house was more than expected, was wayyyy bigger than the pictures showed! Was very nice how the house was so close to in town, very short walk to everything! Definitely would recommend staying here to everyone!

Summary: My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party. The downstairs living room was the perfect room to set up decorations and party! The bedrooms and amount of beds/bathrooms was convenient. Not to mention - walkable to downtown! This was the perfect house for us and we’ll remember our memories forever.

Summary: We had an excellent boys weekend at the house. Location between Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville was great. The was house was as described, well appointed and very nicely decorated and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and bunks were a great option for us. Dylan was super easy to work with and communicated well. We will book here again for sure!
