En el casco histórico, sobre el mar, puesta de sol asegurada.
Está rodeada de hermosas casas y mansiones con floridos jardines.
Se encuentra a 300 metros del pintoresco puerto deportivo de Punta del Este, donde los pescadores limpian la pesca del día y la venden, y donde se encuentran fabulosos yates y veleros magníficos.
A 200 metros está el antiguo faro y la Iglesia de la Candelaria.
Jardín exclusivo. Abundante espacio para estacionar sin costo, 2 parrilleros, uno en el jardín, otro en el balcón terraza. Al lado de la parrilla del jardín otra amplia heladera, también con freezer.
Comedor para 14 comensales y completísima vajilla para esa cantidad de personas.
Cocina completamente equipada, garage. Lavarropas y amplio espacio para tender la ropa.
Un baño con bañera, el otro con espacio para ducha.
Actividades en la zona:
Históricos restaurantes y casas de té como "Lo de Tere" y " L´Auberge"... por poner un ejemplo (pero si me coonsultan puedo recomendarles muchos más). A algunos se puede llegar caminando.
Se puede contratar buceo, salidas de pesca (con mosca también), paseos en barco a las dos islas, clases de surf, salidas en fabulosos veleros y yates, cabalgatas, bicicletas, etc.
En determinados momentos del año se pueden presenciar la llegada y largada de importantes regatas de nivel internacional (en septiembre la Clipper y en enero la Rolex por ejemplo).
Asimismo Punta del Este es sede de importantes torneos de polo.

Si trova a 300 metri dal pittoresco porto turistico di Punta del Este, dove i pescatori vendono il prodotto del giorno di pesca, e dove ci sono favolosi yacht e barche a vela magnifici.
A 200 metri c'è il vecchio faro e la Chiesa della Candelaria.
Giardino esclusivo. Ampio parcheggio a costo zero, 2 barbecue, una nel giardino, un altro sul balcone terrazza. Accanto al barbecue un altro grande frigorifero, congelatore anche.
Attività nella zona:
Ci sono ristoranti storici e case da tè come "Lo de Tere" e "L'Auberge" ... per esempio (ma se mi domandate posso consigliare molti di più). Alcuni si può camminare.
È possibile noleggiare le immersioni, battute di pesca (anche pesca a mosca), gite in barca alle due isole, lezioni di surf, escursioni a vela e yacht favolosi, equitazione, biciclette, ecc
In certi periodi dell'anno si può assistere l'arrivo e la partenza di importanti regate internazionali (in settembre e nel mese di gennaio Clipper e Rolex per esempio).
Punta del Este è anche sede di importanti tornei di polo.

In the historical center, by the sea, the sunset is a must.
It is surrounded by beautiful houses and mansions with flowery gardens.
It is located 300 meters from the picturesque marina of Punta del Este, where magnificent sailboats parade around. Close to it the Fisherman Wharf where the fisherman sell the catch of the day (the brotola is delicious).
The old lighthouse and the Church of Candelaria are only two blocks away.
The house features a garden and plenty of free parking lot. If you like to barbecue, there are two grills: one in the garden (with large refrigerator and a freezer) and another on the balcony terrace.
Activities in the area:
You can hire fishing boats (with fly as well), fabulous sailboats and yachts, boat trips to visit the the two islands, take surf lessons, horseback riding, bicycles, etc.
At a walking distance, you can find traditional restaurants and tea houses like "Lo de Tere" and "L'Auberge" ... to mention some of them (You can contact me for recommendation).
At certain times of the year you can witness the arrival and departure of important regattas of international level (in September the Clipper and in January the Rolex for example).
Also Punta del Este is home to important polo tournaments

Dans la vieille ville, sur la mer, soleil couchant assuré.
Il est entouré de belles maisons et demeures avec jardins fleuris.
Il est situé à 300 mètres de la pittoresque port de plaisance de Punta del Este, où les pêcheurs nettoyé la pêche du jour et de vendre, et où il y a des superbes yachts et voiliers magnifiques.
A 200 mètres il y a le vieux phare et l'église de la Candelaria.
Jardin exclusif. Beaucoup d'espace de stationnement sans frais (parking gratuit). Deux barbecues, une dans le jardin, une autre sur le balcon terrasse. A côté du barbecue autre grand réfrigérateur, congélateur aussi.

Vous pouvez louer la plongée, des excursions de pêche (mouche aussi), excursions en bateau vers les deux îles, des cours de surf, sorties voiliers et yachts fabuleux, équitation, vélos, etc.
A certaines périodes de l'année, vous pouvez assister à l'arrivée et début des grandes régates internationales (en Septembre et en Janvier Clipper Rolex par exemple).
Punta del Este accueille également des tournois de polo.
