Positive: Loved the jacuzzi and the overall look and feel of the place.

Negative: I wish I had packed a gown. I thought there would be gowns available for us but there wasn’t.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile. The place was very clean and beautiful they made our anniversary celebration very special. We saw a few animals on the game drive it was also nice. I'll definitely come back again

Negative: We got booked into an old chalet that didn't look anything like the ones advertised but we complained and they were able to move us to another chalet the next night..we were very happy though. The staff is really helpful.

Positive: This was our second stay at Lookout. Aubrey/Audrey at reception was very helpful and welcoming which was a nice change from our previous experience. We didn’t like the room they had allocated us to, once we upgraded (at a cost) it was better. The jacuzzi is awesome. The view is awesome. So many birds visited. The place is very clean and the decor is tasteful.

Negative: Not the best accommodation for winter as half of the structure is tented although they do provide extra blankets and there is an aircon (in the deluxe cottage) and an electric blanket. But there’s only an outside shower and there was no hot water for the shower so that wasn’t the best winter experience. The initial booking was for a chalet, and that wouldn’t have been worth the money as it had no bush view or aircon. When we upgraded to the deluxe it was better.
