Positive: Amazing stay ! Very clean and private ( guests from other chalets are far away ) very friendly staff. We forgot about check out time and they gave us more than half an hour of extra time !

Positive: Loved the jacuzzi and the overall look and feel of the place.

Negative: I wish I had packed a gown. I thought there would be gowns available for us but there wasn’t.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile. The place was very clean and beautiful they made our anniversary celebration very special. We saw a few animals on the game drive it was also nice. I'll definitely come back again

Negative: We got booked into an old chalet that didn't look anything like the ones advertised but we complained and they were able to move us to another chalet the next night..we were very happy though. The staff is really helpful.
