Summary: Room was excellent stayed here on all trips to Newcastle west never failed

Summary: Unfortunately, due to Storm Chandra, I was unable to stay at the hotel. Despite asking to cancel before midday, hotel would not cancel my booking, charged me for the complete stay, quoting the need to 'uphold the original cancellation policy'... Obviously someone making this decision, has never been unlucky or needed another human to help them... very sad.

Summary: Friendly staff, dinner and breakfast were good. Thin walls and a squeaky ceiling in our room. We could hear every step from our noisy neighbors on the upper floor, and the guy snoring in the next room. Bathroom and room need some renovation. However, it was ok for a one night stay in our tour through Ireland
