Positive: The staff was very nice and so helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is clean.

Negative: Our first room’s toilet broke so we got displaced to another room but this room did not have a bathtub like our previous room. The TV in the new room did not work. The fridge in the new room did not work and the air conditioner in the room did not work. When I called the reception they told us it will take about two hours to fix the TV. Are we OK with that? Of course we were not OK with it because we stayed there already and we were displaced already. When we came back from the beach at around 9:30 PM, we asked if we could move back to our old room if the toilet was fixed, but we were told that the hotel now was full so we had to stay in our broken room. The nice thing is we could check out late.

Positive: Fine for the price we payed. The room was on the small side but has everything you need. Clean, comfortable linens, a large bed, and nice towels. The breakfast buffet in the morning was traditional (thankfully, I love congee) but fresh and good quality. Tons of options for vegetarians and vegans!

Negative: The bathroom tiles were old and, while clean, still had some staining. There could have been more fruit options other than apple at the breakfast buffet.

Negative: We booked the hotel because it mentioned it has private free parking. However, there’s actually only has a very limited parking space. The hotel only redeems part of the parking fee and location of the parking that the hotel going to redeem the parking fee is not clear. The name provided is actually wrong…..
