Positive: Cleanliness was the only positive thing about the property

Negative: For the money I paid, I didn’t get to use the spa. They weren’t ready to offer me spa facility despite slot availability. I was offended by the staff for not offering me the spa slot. The food options are not diverse. Overall not a good option.

Summary: Not worth the money.

Positive: Nice property with views of the river/estuary and new bridge. GREAT activities for kids and families, especially the pool. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a nice variety of choices.

Negative: The property shows some wear inside and out. The grounds could use landacaping. The closest convenience stores are a medium length walk. There is a Starbucks close by. MRT station is driving distance. Not much to do around the hotel.

Summary: Nice stay. Would stay again.

Positive: Breakfast is good and location is excellent. But only location and exterior looks with beds and furnitures making excellent would not make you 5 Stars rating. your hotel do not have good services not staff have communication skills. Most of your staff do not understand english. also staff taking too much time against simple service and he/she can not understand what customer asking and what to do next. Example I was going to check out last day and that time i tried to exchange mobile charger and adapor which i taken agains hotel given me. They took more that one hours as well as after one hours i was not received my own mobile adaptor. i have to reach my next destination so left place with our getting my mobile adaptor. After that hotel do not try to contact me nor given me status. Regarding payment that already got hotel so they not have to worry. for customers, they did not get service or facility, hotel do not care of it. There was one young man at reception given me good services and try to solved my most problem very fast. I forget name but I attached his photo with this review and comment. Other staff behaviour are good but they do not have knowledge nor trained how to behave with customer and most problem was language with them. very funny to experience in these king of hotel having 5 Stars rating and getting lots of awards but they do not know how to achieve real 5 star rating.

Negative: only Location and exterior of hotel but interior and services are 100% opposite to excellency. Services are very bad and i will never comes again due to bad service and response. I seems hotel services gave me feeling of 3 / 4 Stars rating.

Positive: The location was great with easy access to the bus and light rail which we took each day to go exploring. We would love to have visited Shalun Beach, but I couldn't get my question across to the Reception Staff about where are the places of interest to travel to. But it just showed me I should have done more research before hand.

Negative: We enjoyed it all.

Summary: Our stay was very relaxing and the staff were wonderful and warm.

Positive: The hotel is very clean and comfy. The restaurant have nice food. Have to plan your budget as expenses may be on the higher side similar to Taipei city.

Negative: Went in the low season hence not much activities around.

Positive: The breakfast is good, the room is very good size. The bed is very comfortable.

Negative: I like the idea of no bottle water but please indicate it better about where the water dispenser is. I had to call the reception to know the water dispenser is next to the room 510. I stayed at the fifth floor and my room is far away from room 510! No indicate at all. Other than no clear sign for the water dispenser, I am happy about their no water bottle policy.
