Summary: Had a couple of issues! With not realizing that no one on site, and ID was supposed to be submitted on line.We sit in our vehicle for a little over an hour and started to find a hotel. But I got a call back and was given a code to get in to our cabin. And we had no hot water either, call back and a plumber was sent out! Everything was taken care of. So HAPPY!!! We did like how cozy the is. We do plan on coming back again. Thank you
