Positive: The room looked and smell very clean. It appears to have been remodeled recently because fixtures, flooring, TV, etc seemed new and worked as they should. When I checked in the man was personable, thoughtful, and kind. I had a bit of trouble getting my key to open the door and he came speedily out without my asking him to, to show me how to work their new key cards. Each door is well lit, the parking area is roomy, clean, and they have security cameras for safety. There is also a huge park-like treed grassy area. I did not have a dog with me this trip, but, normally I do. I will be back as I do business in the area a few times per year.

Negative: The shower/ tub surround is beautiful marble. Problem is there is no safety handrail. The wall and tub gets a bit slick with nothing to grab. As a senior it was worrisome.

Summary: I'll be back again 😊

Positive: It was ok nothing appealing to the eye

Negative: The room had been remodeled but the linen was not white nor were there enough towels for 2 night stay. The beds only had 2 pillows each and lousy blankets on them and NO WIFI, No breakfast was provided, the key card never worked continuously. I felt like the owners or staff were skimping on amenities due to the current type of occupants (construction or road workers) because of all the company trucks in the parking lot. There were no extra efforts put forth to make visitors comfortable or intentionally want to rent there again.

Summary: If it’s the only place to stay in town; I’m going to go find another town.

Positive: Front desk lady was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and hotel location was very convenient. Will definitely be staying there at our next visit.

Negative: The only reason I didn't put a 10 was because a worker did open our door without knocking while we were still asleep in the morning. But the front desk lady later apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned he wasn't aware the room was occupied. They were doing some remodeling to the facility.
