Positive: Komar the manager, did the best he could on his own

Negative: Pillows are way too soft, there was no phone in the bedroom, phones are a must in a hotel room for security, even tho we have cell,if there is an emergency you don't have time to look for hotel phone # to reach the front desk. We asked Komar to bring a phone, blood stains on the sheet,clean,but visible, dirty bedspread,we took them off, there wasn't much left for the hotel in London. The bed was comfortable.
