Positive: Clean, reasonably close to airport. Food at dine in restaurant was great and convenient.

Negative: Shower wouldn't drain very well, kept overflowing catchment area, so showering wasn't great. Only there for one night so put up with it.

Positive: We were stranded. Heathrow had ground to a halt. They took us in. Gave us free cocktails when we were in need. Rooms were great, restaurant fabulous, pool was fun! What more do you need in that situation

Negative: That we were only staying because we couldn’t get on a flight for three days after ours was cancelled.

Negative: Dead bird outside front doors and despite asking front desk to remove twice it kept getting trod on and rolled over by people not nice for my daughter to see, also there should be more shuttle facilities

Positive: The hotel was clean, good value and had everything we needed for our stay

Negative: We opted for pay at the property. When we paid, the staff member said our payment hadn’t gone through and we had to pay again but on our bank app the money was showing taken so we initially refused to pay. The manager Alton came out and said we must pay again or we couldn’t get our room so my husband did pay again and so they had taken a double payment but they were still insistent the first payment wasn’t going to go through. The next day my husband went to the desk and it was a different lady manager and when he showed her she immediately refunded the first amount without any hesitation. It was a strange check in to say the least!
