Summary: stayed there last week end great experience and service jacuzzi was not working and it seemed that one or two more people would speed up service anyhow really enjoyed

Summary: We stayed here for three nights. The staff were super friendly and accommodated to all of our requests. The pool was nice and clean. We booked appointments at the SPA for full body massages. The prices for the massages were great (less than $30 for 1 hour) and the lady was amazing. One of the best massages i've ever had. We had family members who stayed at other hotels in the same city, but no one was happy with their hotel as we were. And everyone who saw our room when they visited us there, they were jealous of us :) Highly recommended hotel.

Summary: Hotel Just opened about six months ago, Everyone very friendly and welcoming. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The one issue it is a little difficult to find if you are driving yourself. Recommend to the hotel owner to provide a driving map from both Bogota and Medellin. It would be a great help to international travelers.
