Original 2 bedroom log cabin on the Ausable River. This charming log cabin is located on Hulls Falls Road, a quiet back road, that is picturesque perfect. You will find some of the area's best swimming, scenery, and fly fishing in the area.
The cabin has a beautiful river rock fireplace in the spacious living room which makes for a great meeting room for games, conversation, and relaxation. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bathroom with a walk in shower and one half bath, both recently renovated. The living room also has 1 fold out futon.
The kitchen boasts authenticity with a unique antler light fixture, exposed beams, all wrapped in natural wood. Everything you might need for preparing your own meals is stored away in the abundant kitchen cabinets. Two coffee makers, a microwave, mixer, blender, wine glasses, etc., it is all there for your use.
The lush outdoors invites you to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds while sitting on the screened porch or the detached deck overlooking the river. There is plenty of room for setting up your volleyball or badmitton net, or throw a few frisbies around on the open playground next to the river. Summary: We loved it! So relaxing and quiet. 51 years old and played in lacrosse tournament. Was so nice to go sit in the Ausable river after games. Natures ice bath. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: I’ve always wanted to rent a cabin in the Adirondacks and see whiteface mountain, when I came across this cabin on Vrbo I knew I had to take the opportunity and rent it for a few days. I’ll tell you what renting this cabin was easy, affordable and so relaxing. The cabin was everything I was expecting it to be from the listing on Vrbo as it was advertised! I can’t wait till next year so I can rent it again

Summary: What a perfect, adorable little cabin for a wonderful Adirondack vacation. We couldn't have found a better location or a more perfect atmosphere for our mountain getaway. Clean and adorable. Absolutely perfect location for us. Exactly what we wanted. And the owner was very easy to get a hold of and helpful when we needed him. Easy check in. Cant wait to go back!

Summary: This little cabin was just right for the three of us (myself, my husband, and our teenage son). The location was our favorite part (the kid loved the river access, and we all loved how quickly we could get to trailheads - arriving early is a must this time of year!). The cabin itself is quaint and cozy, and the updated bathrooms really made the stay more comfortable. We loved the fire pit (easily utilized with the wood stack on property!). The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!!

Summary: The cabin was absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable and is stocked with everything you could possibly need other than your meals. If you forgot condiments, etc they have them there. They just ask that you replace if you finish it. Host was prompt on communication and information sent covered everything we needed to know for our stay. Met a very nice neighbor who stopped to pet our beagle and gave suggestions on where the good fishing was. Great fire pit and screened in front porch. Also a small deck across the road overlooking the river, perfect place to read. We will definitely return and share with friends/family this gem of a cabin.

Summary: Wanted for nothing, it was clean, impeccably appointed and everything we needed was on had from cooking to soaking up the peace and quiet the area had to offer. No washer, but has a clothes line!Nice areas to walk and explore. Great neighbors to converse with and meet. We were in the middle of some of the Most beautiful and scenic sections of the Adirondack's. We toured the towns around lake placid village and Olympic grounds were a highlight as well as all the shops in the village. Stop for pastries, they are amazing and fresh made on the property bagels are just down a couple doors. But it was too short , need 3 more days - lol
