Summary: The Log Cabin Lodge and Suites stands out for its character and comfort. The pictures on this site are not at all misleading about the wood-laden charm of the rooms. The biggest problems during my stay was that the wifi was terrible, which made it hard to check out menus of possible restaurants and features of other places connected with our trip. Nitpicks: The pillows were bit flat, and in the toilets there was a black build-up below the rim of the bowl. You noticed the latter sitting in the bathtub.

Summary: Requested a first floor room as we are seniors and cannot do stairs, upon checkin arrogant desk clerk told me first floor would require a hefty up charge. Refused to not charge us if we went elsewhere. We had to drag ourselves up and down stairs. No compassion in least, attitude of desk person was “take it or leave it” said they get negative reviews all the time and they don’t care. A pity because the place is very nice, just uncaring arrogant staff .

Summary: Great location, in between the areas that we were wanted to visit! Easy check in. Room was really neat with all the wood/ rustic items. The king bed was extremely comfortable! We loved the hot tub in the room was great after a day of riding the motorcycle and then walking when we visited the area! We would DEFINITELY stay there again and refer others !

Summary: This stay exceeded our expectations. Ratings online can be hard to judge by but we felt they deserved a higher rating than shown. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The animal zoo on sight was an added bonus after a long car ride with a child. We would happily book here again.

Summary: There was no internet as stated. Therefore, the tv did not work bc it was not hardwired to service. The outlet in the bathroom also did not work. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room, but the jets didn’t work so it was just a big bathtub. The zoo and log cabin theme was cool though. And the staff was very nice.

Summary: Such a cute little hotwl. We stayed for one night as a family and we loved it! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! We loved the convienience of the location to Living Treasures. Very good experience

Summary: I would not pay the extra for a hot tub/Jacuzzi. 1) You are not allowed to use Salts which means you don't get the healing benefits of a tub 2) The motor for the jets is so noisy that its like a jet engine against your head I would have happily paid for a regular room but would not recommend paying extra for the tubs
